문화재청 궁능유적본부 경복궁관리소(소장 최재혁)는 2022년 상반기 경복궁 야간 관람을 4월 1일부터 5월 29일의 기간 중 38일간 개최한다.
   * 기간 중 △매주 월·화요일, △궁중문화축전 행사 준비 및 공연 예정(5.11.∼15.) 휴무

  또한, 우리나라 최대의 2층 누각 건축물인 경복궁 ‘경회루(국보)’ 내부 개방을 오는 4월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 7개월간 특별관람으로 시행한다.

  경복궁 야간 관람은 매년 예매 시작과 동시에 매진될 만큼 큰 인기를 누리고 있는 대표적인 궁궐 활용 프로그램으로, 특히, 상반기 야간 관람에서는 봄꽃이 만개한 경복궁의 야경을 감상할 수 있다. 우리 전통 수목인 수양벚꽃이 흐드러지게 핀 경회루와 은은한 조명 사이로 철쭉이 피어난 아미산 굴뚝은 봄밤의 정취를 만끽할 수 있는 야간 관람 명소다.
1일 최대 관람 인원은 1,300명이며, 외국인(1일 100명 현장발권)을 제외한 관람은 사전 인터넷 예약('11번가 티켓' https://ticket.11st.co.kr/1인당 2매한)을 통해 예매해야 하며, 관람 당일 매표소 앞 무인발권기에서 관람권을 발권받아 입장할 수 있다. 관람 시간은 오후 7시부터 오후 9시 30분까지(입장 마감 오후 8시 30분)다.
   * 본인 확인용 신분증: 주민등록증, 면허증, 여권, 기타 학교의 장이 발급한 ‘사진’이 부착된 학생증, 외국인등록증
   * 무인발권시 신분증 지참
   * 인터넷 예약현장발권 수량은 사재기암표 판매 방지, 코로나19 예방을 위해 2매로 제한

   경복궁 야간 관람의 무료관람 대상자는 국가유공자 본인과 배우자, 중증장애인 본인과 동반 1인, 경증장애인 본인, 국가유족증 소지자 본인, 만 6세 이하 영유아, 만 65세 이상 어르신, 한복착용자다.

  무료관람 대상자 중 한복착용자만 관람 당일 매표소에서 관람권을 발급받으며, 한복착용자 이외 무료대상자는 현장 발권 없이 흥례문에서 신분증과 관련 자료 확인 후 입장할 수 있다.
  * 만 6세 이하 영유아의 보호자는 사전예매 또는 현장발권(외국인) 필수

  한편, 4월 1일부터 시행하는 경회루 특별관람은 평소 접근이 제한되는 경회루 내부를 개방하는 행사로, 외부에서는 느낄 수 없는 아름다운 조선 후기 누각 건축물의 미학을 체험할 수 있다. 경회루는 연못 안에 조성된 조선 후기 누각 건축물의 정수로, 왕이 신하들과 연회를 베풀거나 사신을 접대하고, 가뭄이 들면 기우제를 지내는 등 국가행사에 사용되던 건물이다. 조선후기 유학자인 정학순(丁學洵)은 ?경회루전도?에서 경회루 내외부 건축에 만물의 이치가 담겨 있다고 설명하고 있다.

  경회루 특별관람은 전문 해설사의 인솔로 1일 3회(오전 10시, 오후 2시, 오후 4시) 진행되며, 관람에는 약 30~40분이 소요된다. 1회당 최대 관람 인원은 경회루의 주요 부재 관리와 관람객 안전 그리고 코로나19 상황을 고려해 20명(내국인 15명, 외국인 5명)으로 제한되며, 경복궁 관람료만 내면 무료로 진행된다.  참고로, 궁능유적본부는 2010년 처음 경회루 특별관람이 시작된 이래 기간을 정해 해마다 운영해 왔으나, 2021년에는 코로나19 상황으로 운영되지 못한 바 있다. 올해 운영을 재개하는 만큼, 안전하고 즐거운 관람이 되도록 노력할 계획이다.
 

  사전 예약제로 운영되는 경회루 특별관람은 관람 희망일 7일 전부터 1일 전까지 경복궁관리소 누리집(www.royalpalace.go.kr, 1인당 최대 2명까지 예약 가능)에서 예약하면 된다.

The Gyeongbokgung Palace Management Office (Head Choi Jae-hyeok) of the Cultural Heritage Administration Royal Palaces and Tombs Center is holding the Gyeongbokgung Palace Nighttime Tour Program for the first half of 2022 for 38 days between April 1 and May 29.
 * During the period, closed on △ every Monday and Tuesday (May 11 - 15) △ Palace Cultural Festival will be held.

Also, inside of Gyeonghoeru (national treasure) which is the largest two-story pavilion architecture in Korea will be opened for special tour for seven months from April 1 to October 31.

 The Gyeongbokgung Palace nighttime tour program is a representative royal palace utilization program that enjoys great popularity, with its tickets sold out as soon as the reservation service starts every year. Offering a beautiful nighttime view of Gyeongbokgung Palace with spring blossom during the first half, Gyeonghoeru where our traditional weeping cherry comes out splendidly and Amisan Chimney where azalea blossoms between delicate lighting are famous night view places to enjoy the atmosphere of spring night.

  The program can accommodate up to 1,300 visitors per day, visitors excluding foreigners (site issuance of 100 tickers a day) should buy tickets through internet booking (11Street, https://ticket.11st.co.kr/two tickets per person) and may receive their tickets from the ticket machine of ticket box on corresponding day. Viewing is possible from 19:00 to 21:30 (final admission is possible until 20:30).
* Acceptable IDs: Photo identification cards such as national ID card, driver’s license, passport, student ID, and alien registration card.
* When issuing a ticket from an unmanned ticket machine, users need to hold their ID.
* The number of tickets purchased by online reservation and on-site ticketing is limited to 2 in order to prevent hoarding, illegal ticket sales, and spread of COVID-19.

 Admission is free for persons of national merit and their spouse, persons with severe disability and their guide, persons with mild disability, National Honorees, children aged 6 and below, seniors aged 65 and above, and visitors dressed in hanbok.

 Visitors dressed in hanbok need to have a ticket issued at the ticket booth on the day, but others who are eligible for free admission can enter the palace with their ID and/or the relevant document at Heungnyemun Gate without having a ticket issued.
  * Guardians of a child aged 6 and below must reserve the program online in advance(Korean, Foreigner) or have a ticket issued at the palace(Foreigner).

 The Gyeongbokgung Palace Management Office intends to implement the safety rules so visitors need to wear a mask, check their body temperature before admission, and maintain physical distancing (2 m) during Gyeongbokgung Palace Nighttime Tour Program.
